canine, you change so much some of  your answers with many edits not easy to follow you with that, i'm not ben johnson on steroids. lol

By the way, i never said the wind is umplayable as a tour  legend, i just say the wind is more important than in  legend tier.

And i can say again i see the  2 versions in alternate and matchplay game, if i'm the higher tier rank the wind will be less important than if a tour legend is involve in the same game.

But still playable without to much difficulty, not a tornado wind

"Michel always thinking what worse, his english or his game ?"

I'm sorry. I was editing while you were posting..LOL.

Your English is fine, Michel.  I am just confused by what some people are referring to when they say STRONG wind. Do they mean,15-17 headwind on every hole except the par 3 hole where you get the 18-21 mph tailwind and you need to use the putter to drive?  LMAO !!!

We need Garypinhunter to look into this, he could enter the tiers on this chart for clarity -

Well, if I want it to stay I have to fix my shadow onto the ground with nails of steel.

    CanineSupervisor:

Part of the statement is true...the greens are 13. The winds are the same as everyone else's, unless you play a tournament or game set specificaly with heavy winds. The standard wind-set is Moderate for TL.

Whoever told you this is, well...BS'ing you, Jiggsie

No they weren't. When was the last time you saw low or no wind tournaments as a TL? Don't hurt yourself thinking about that because I know you haven't.  :-)

Beaufort Scale is moot here - This games does not use wind models or physics of any sort.

IMO I think what the TL was telling the OP was that if a lower tier is playing a TL in alternate or MP the wind speed will be moderate, whereas against a lower tiered player it may well be low wind, so i don't think he was trying to deceive him.
