I'm sorry that you are having difficulties accessing the game. Are you using a wired/ethernet connection or accessing the game via wifi? You might want to make sure that you have a stable connection. Turn off any programs that are running in the background like Skype or websites that stream such as Youtube or Twitch. Additionally what web browser are you using?
