  When setting up a multi-player match in a RANKED round. When will we get to make our own set of conditions for a game instead of waiting until you tee off to see the conditions,

  Aren't the conditions part of our tier?  In that case, ranked is what would determine the conditions, not us.

  That is just for greens speeds. According to your tier. We should be able to at least set the wind conditions.

  Good point.  It would be nice to be able to set that.

  nice but not very realistic. Can you go  to your local course and say hey I want low winds today?

  Yes I know that. But when you go to your local course to play you know the playing conditions before you tee off, don't you. If you belong to a CC you can set up everything. You can set the green speed, the wind condition, and on some courses even the pin placements. So you logic does not fly.
