    I initially welcomed WGT's CC pass initiative believing it would stimulate player involvement and competition. 

    I played my first game of day (AS) w/CC pass. Never got to play since one player was disconnected and unsuccessful in his efforts to return and a forfeit ended the game before the first ball was ever hit. Since the game was never started, I then bought another CC pass, and played a AS game to completion, but was not allowed consecutive days of play bonus. WGT refuses to replace lost CC passes, but also so far refuses to fix CC loss and problems associated with disconnects and forfeits.  I concur in what other WGT members have suggested; why not program the option to use the CC pass when the match has concluded? 

    I know that WGT is a for profit business, but knowingly handling CC passes as currently being done is questionable as a continuing business practice.

    In my opinion, I think WGT's inaction stems from the fact that CC pass sales are a lucrative cash cow. Customer CC pass losses due to disconnects and server response problems constitute bonus unearned income for WGT. Action to correct CC pass loss problems is urged and would be a positive customer relations response.

    In regards to the statement that you were "not allowed consecutive days of play bonus", did you complete the game within the required time frame? This would be the only reason you did not receive the Bonus for this feature.

    As for WGT refusing to replace lost passes, I am confused by this statement since we have been very generous with players and crediting passes.

    Have you contacted Support pertaining to all of these matters? We checked our email system and have not found a Support ticket that you submitted from your WGT registered email address. Did you use a different email address if you contacted us?

    We always work to ensure that the game is stable and that players do not encounter disconnections. To that end we have asked players to submit bug reports when they encounter instability and are disconnected or have troubles reconnecting to the game.
