Hi Golfers and happy holidays. I have a neighbor who decorates his house every year for Christmas. For the last 15 years he has put up over 1 million lights. He can't afford it, but he saves a little every month to pay for the bill. This year he is entered in a photo contest. The winner will get a $200 credit for Georgia Power. I have been motivated to give him this gift because he truly lives the Christmas spirit year round. Everyone is allowed 1 vote per day. I believe there are 4 days left.
