Re: No Login Prompt on WGT Page

  Last night I had no problems logging into WGT.  This morning, I can get to the WGT page, but there isn't a Login/Password box.  I have tried logging via Opera and IE11, both with the same problems.  I have verified that Flash is enabled in both IE11 and Opera.  I use Opera only for WGT, but tried IE11 to make sure it wasn't Opera.  I have uninstalled Flash and reinstalled all to no avail.  I have cleared cache and cookies, rebooted etc.  I can view videos on www.wgt.com.  I'm sending this from my Laptop, because it works.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  These errors usually occur when the game cannot read or access the cached files on your system.  If they become corrupted or unreadable you'll often be unable to log in.
  
  Any time you're having prolonged loading times or load manager errors this should be the first thing you try.  It's also a good idea to clear caches when we release a product update. Below is a Forum post that provides information on clearing the Flash and browser cache, as well as other trouble shooting suggestions.

  Thanks for the suggestions WGTdbloshoe and Ziomio.  Even though I had installed Flash several times nothing seemed to work.  Then a friend (Toona) from my CC suggested I try going straight to the WGT Client Page, where I was prompted to load Flash again, which I did (again), but this time it worked.

  Clicking the the link outside of IE11 may work *IF* one can login first to read this forum. The problem in IE11 is not neing *able* to login. I am fed up with Chrome with it;s scripting load-ups and "awe snaps"  and  lagging swings.

   IE11 seems pretty well able to handle scripts. I have tried all the suggested remedies on this thread. New laptop right from HP, 105mbps ethernet. This site is the ONLY place I have problems. I've already spent too much wasted money here with new clubs and lost balls because of the late/early swings.  I'm fed up. No more WGT and wasted cash for me from now on. How many months was Kiawah not accesable?  Back to PS3 and good old TigerWoods. There are a lot more important things to be doing on the web than playing games and wasting time, money and energy.

  Hi Lee,

  From Australia and having same problem, no login & password option coming up as it should. Think there is a problem with there site not our end.

  Hope they fix it soon.
