  I played a few minutes ago and my putter pal has disappeared! I should have because I am a member of the eEagle Golf Club for almost a year and had bought it before that, but gthought as a level 10 club member I would always have it!!!!

   

  WTH happened?

  You may have had you settings set to auto clear your cookies which disabled the Snack. Since your Country Club is at Level 10 you will always have Putter Pal. Have you checked your settings?

  Hi

  I have a Mac, so I’m not sure what you mean by settings…but I checked my game settings and went to Safari settings I could find, and nothing is turned off that I can see. I even gifted  myself some putter pal, and I can’t even use that!! Maybe you could redund me…

  Apple did a security update yesterday afternoon…do  you think that could have done something?? I am really upset I can’t get my putter pal!! I can’t play without it!

  Please help me??

  I think WG Tad hit it on the head.  Go to Menu, Game Settings (or Options).  Scroll down about ummmm 2/3rds of the way and it will say putter pal, with a box to check on or off.

  Perhaps you just switched it off accidentally by the P.PAL button below the 100% mark? It's then greyed out, hard to see...

  Thanks everyone for your help! Found a slider in settings that I hadn't noticed before, and went down to find putter pal checked a faff! I guess when Apple did the security update automatically, it turned a lot of things off etc.

  So i I'm able to use my putter pal!! Thanks again!

  Oops!

  It's  stored in the browser cashes. Any update there purges the settings.
