I too am having the same problem, and yes ZioMio I have started a ticket with them. In fact I send 1 everyday that goes by that it isn't fixed.

I suggest everyone do the same so we can fill up their email with the same problem. In fact I am about ready to send them another 1.

Hope WGT can do something for you. They normally say sorry but it's nothing to do with us. It's an outside company.

If enough complain they might pull their finger out.

Generally I suggest getting a paper round. It will get you out, and seems to pay more.

7th january and the problem for redeeming wiews continues. It is really a problem with data base in Live Gamer but already many days waiting for a solution at this respect. I wonder if the problem were for buying credits at WGT, we should stay in the same way at this moment. I am sure not.......

Please WGT support, solve the matter in question...., many days already waiting for it!!!!!

My guess is the last Adobe Flashplayer update we installed isn't working with the Livegamers server and Livegamer can't come up with the fix, so we might just have to wait until the next Adobe Flashplayer update comes out. Until then counting the days, pulling tickets. being upset and everything else isn't going to do darn thing.
