Carousel won't redeem for credits

  LiveGamer won't redeem my views for credits.

  I clicked on the "Redeem" button, chose "75 credits for 100 views", clicked "yes" and then I receive the message:

  "Reload the player.   Your player is out of sync with our server. Please click the reload button below to reload the player."

  I tried that 3 times to no avail.

  I tried closing my browser and reloading it. Same "Reload message".

  I rebooted my computer and tried again.  Same "Reload message".

  I tried another browser.  Same "Reload message".

  Is this an individual issue or are more people experiencing the same problem?

  Same problem here and no answer or fix yet.  What "player" does I mean?  Quick Time Player? Flash Player? Shockwave Player?  The last two are OK or we could play the game.
