    Anyone had the same issue???

I made a 64 feet long putt in stroke tournament on Nov-04 and it's not in my stats, the request made at these moment was 114049.

Now, on Dec-26 I made a 50 feet long putt in a score match against another player, and neither is in my stats, I just made a new request (125014).

BOTH long putts were recorded and saved in my profile, you could review them.

Since I'm stuck on score 64 since months, I'm suspecting there is something wrong with my profile (seems like "read only").

I know the 1st level support team cannot modify manually, I really want them to review my profile and ask the programmers or 2nd or 3rd level support to review it.

Thank you and happy new year!!!

Unfortunately, if you did shoot a 64 foot putt in the tournament and it was the longest but not recorded in the stats, we will not be able to retrieve that for you. We apologize for that situation.

As for the putt in the Match Play game, only ranked stroke play games will count for your Stats section. Shots made in Match Play will not.

The 64 foot putt was from the fringe. Only putts on the green count.

    hi

was 2nd one in a match play? if so, it wouldn't count either since it was not a ranked round.

    I doubt that.

As a Master, the best 40 rounds count, and the smallest step in average is -0.025.

As a matter of fact, you haven't played much in the last weeks, but one 34 on 12.19 and a 33 on 12.22 should have lowered your average. And then there are three 34/68s in November...

The 30 on Bandon doesn't count though.

Observe your average after each round of 34/68 or better, and in case of enduring doubt, write down and report to us the average before and after each round as well as the score.

I don't think it's true, but if this calculus should be broken, the game would have lost another cornerstone of it's backbone, after the accounting.

Hi! So, why long drive in scored match games counts for the stats? It has no sense.

And what about my overall score stuck? there is no possibility that my score be reviewed by an upper level support to let me know if it is ok?

Are you very sure? the support team never said me that, just they cannot update manually. Also it has no sense, it was a putt.

The stats in Match Play games are simply not recorded other than win loss records. It just how the game was created. Additionally, if a putt is hit from the fringe, as mentioned by fmagnets, the putt also will not appear on your stats.
