  Hit this on 12-31-2014, on the very first hole of ready go.

  I know there is another post about same problem, and the poster was directed to drop an email in order to get compensation.

  I already share the replay via Replay-Share and put members@worldgolftour.com on email recipient.

  Did i do this right?

  If you included a message to explain that you were seeking compensation then I would think that should get the desired result. But if you hear nothing after waiting a week or so, then I would send a normal email to the same address with a replay link and a message.
