  I can NOT see a Fed Ex Cup CC tourny on my iPhone. I have been able to see the first 2 tournaments of our Fed Ex Cup season. This weeks tourny I can see and play, etc. on my PC. The host said he did not do anything different from the previous weeks, ie... uneven lies is not ticked. (I am aware that does not work on mobile). This a 2 round stoke play event.

  Also it would be nice to be able to play my CC brackets on my phone.

  Please Help.

  Please accept my guess, since no competent answer is available.

  I heard that some courses are not available on mobiles but I don't know which ones.

  You might try to start a solo round on the course on you mobile to get a reference.

  If a tourney has a round on a course not available on mobile then it will not be shown on mobile. 

  There are a few courses that are not available on mobile at this time. As best as I can remember the courses not available on mobile are

  Stroke play:

  Oakmont

  Best of Famous

  Best of Hardest

  Best of Par 4 

  Cabo

  Whistler.

  CTTH:

  Oakmont

  Hilversumche

  Best of water shots

  Manele

  Koele

  Bali Hai

  Best of famous shots

  Best of Putting

  Also because as of yet uneven lies aren't available on Mobile any tourney that has a round with uneven lies it won't be shown on mobile.
