Re: Freezing

  For about the last week when I'm playing a game a white box will come up in the top right hand corner where the wind speed is and the distance and it freezes my game. Its gotten to he stage now where I cannot finish a game so I have stopped trying to play. I have updated flash player like I was told to . I use IE as its a work computer and chrome throws up a few issues wit some other work stuff I do.

   

  Any answers ?

  Sorry to hear about this. When you said you updated Flash, do you mean that you cleared the Flash cache? If not, we recommend taking that step and also clearing the browser cache. If you are still seeing the box, maybe try using Firefox. 

  Can you take a screenshot of that white box though, so that we can see what you are viewing?

  I have the same problem, cant seem to get a screen shot of it, or load in here for some reason...I snipped it but cant get it here...can I email it somewhere?

  It happens 2-3 times per game.

  here it is with the white box on the top right.Please fix this.It happens two to tree times a game and I am getting howled at for quitting!

  Start every WGT session with a clean cache &, normally, have very minimal or no problems. Today, however, WGT, your site is running slow (e.g. very slow to produce reverse views on greens)

  Wish that all of you people who still work for a living would quit playing in the late morning to mid-afternoon time slots - you're messing up the Retirees' games!!
