it's an absolute joke, and getting worse by the day. Please just shut this game down for as long as it takes to get all these problems sorted.  I'm starting to think there's no one capable on your staff to fix this mess, because if there was, we might see one of the many issues cleaned up.

I know you lose income when you shut down, but at a certain point it becomes a smart business decision to cut your loses and take the hit of an extended downtime.

To those of you that don't have any issues, it only supports my theory that VEM and other bugs in their programming effect some people more than others.

For those that don't have the issues and experience shots that go so far off line as to be a joke enjoy the game - for others the joke is the game.

    TopShelf2010:

But more importantly, what about all of the players, like myself, that are not having any issues?

TBH TS I don't know for sure if I am having issues.

I have received AS invites, and games were completed without incident,.

Have played single play tournies without incident, apart from the odd 'load timeout', but defo no DC's.

In my property I have 5 desktop PC's connected to 2 WiFi modems, all can be used simultaneously without any difficulty. My ADSL is just a bog standard 10MB link.

If the meter is not good on one or other ( I only use 2  puters for WGT ) then it is usually something my end, a reload or a clean up normally fixes that.

Maybe the silent majority is what WGT are listening to, so therefore see no need to run around like headless chickens, looking for fixes that don't exist.

Oh I can see it now, the same people that are complaining about the issues will then be complaining about their Consecutive Day Played bonus.

But more importantly, what about all of the players, like myself, that are not having any issues?

      Glad to hear you're not having the same issues many of us are TS, and with all due respect I'll add this;

There's a snowballs chance in hell that I'd complain if a lengthy downtime fixed the issues that many many of us now face.  As far as my CDP bonus, that's about as relevant and meaningful as our WGT stats and avgs IMO,  and a new bonus level could be reached in a week if I missed a game during a long downtime anyway.  I'm about 1/2 way to level 98 and have nothing worth buying available to me until level 100. ( Which I'll probably not live long enough to reach.) My CC- TPC would probably still manage to finish the top weekly xp earner even if my CDP bonus streak was lost.

So you might be right about other complainers but in my case you're dead wrong.

There might be some that can say they haven't seen any issues with the game.  I for one have seen many of them in the past few weeks, including not receiving invitations, load management errors, and similiar issues for not just me, but for several in our CC and especially the ones I play with on a consistent and regular basis.

If you are NOT having issues, that's great, but for the number of people that are complaining about exactly the same things, i seriously doubt that the majority of WGT players are NOT seeing anything.

I have done everything that WGT said to do to correct the load management issues, up to and including changing browsers.  What strikes me the most is that I have used Comodo Dragon for 3 years and it has performed flawlessly.  Is someone going to try to tell me that the game does not support Comodo Dragon all of a sudden.  And why did all the issues start right after the new "realistic" putting scales were added to the list?

Something is definitely wrong with the game, and it is costing WGT money.  If they don't or can't fix it then surly it will cost them a lot more.
