  Email promises 3 free callaway balls if you login and play a round. I've played 3 rounds since the invite and still have not received them. What do I need to do?

  yes, I haven't played in awhile, so they sent me a "We miss you" email.

  Desperate times require, well any measures to lure them back. Perhaps if you sorted out programming errors and bugs players may actually stay.

  And typical that regulars are snubbed.....

  Inactive users, or inactive accounts?  I'm sure many of those inactive 'users' are signed on and playing still. ;-)

   

  I wonder how long it would take for me to get one of those offers?  And would they go as far to offer me yellow Callaways to come back?  LOL
