    chrisironsbones:

    I usually have a moan most days about the strange goings on in ready go's, but today the usuall happened.

    I was -6 going into St Andrews 17th, had a good drive, was 156 yards to pin, with 26 mph right to left wind, a nice easy approach. But my ball hit edge of green, flew right towards the road and wall, but instead of hitting wall and bouncing back it went straight through the stone wall as if it was not there.  I'm sure its legend balls i'm using and not bullets of some sort................And then i get the usuall round f@ck up of out of bounds, a lost ball and a drop (instead of being near the green where it should have been), 156 yards back, so my good round has gone to an average round because of a ghostly wall. I was enjouing my round untill then, but there's always something to get you pissed by the end.

    Every time i hit a rock, or hump in fairway my ball will travel 50 to 100 yards over the usuall club lengh, so you think a STONE wall would bounce ball back, and not straight through....Unless, but a big UNLESS, tiny locals have been taking stones out of the wall so they can see the open without having to climb up or pay!

    I was enjouing my round untill then, but there's always something to get you pissed by the end.

    And typical my friend angel, i tried to save the replay, but damn game froze..but did send a bug log.  Another one of my balls for WGT's collection..why fix a problem thats costing us each time but forcing us to keep replacing our lost balls, whatever people say WGT your business sense is 100%, (others might call it ruthlesnes)

    I have  also noticed that you cannot hit a tree on Kiawah. Granted there are not many, but I have hit through many.

    I've run across too many instances with the same issue. For me I will not purchase any more balls untill WGT address meter and spikes. Just play w/unlimited balls leave ball rotation as is (no back spin) and hit shot normally.

    At least when "inconsistances" occur; whack the next 4 or 5 "free" balls OB, at buildings, in water, or locate a WGT programmer on the course and aim shot at their head!!!! LOL

    Needless to say wouldn't advise entering any Ready Go's.   lol

    Heh-that's because they went over to BPB and became invisible. There's one on the left of #2 and on the right of #7.  Get into those trees and the space you think you can punch through almost gets you hit with the rebound!  :-D

    Yep...Can't him em on #2... From the left waste/area/bunker -to the ones on the way to the green from the right side.  I've tried-maybe I got lucky but I don't think so. Try it in practice round-let me know if I'm wrong..

    Yeah I've had that one a couple of times myself. Strangely that one doesn't annoy me as much as when you lose a ball in the Swilken Burn on the 1st. They do have such a thing as a scoop for these occasions;

    is that what you would call a "woolie warmer" right there by the man on the left?

    He certainly seems to have his hands rather deep in his pockets, no?
