I have sent a polite message/s to Wgt saying that I have lost credits or golf balls, even passes because of Wgt related errors.

Most of the time i was reimbursed.

Edit: I take that back I just got informed re: some players who entered RG's that they have indeed received their credits--not sure about the brackets.

Sadly, I don't think bracket payouts will happen, cause the bracket program just didn't register the scores, being frozen for a day or so. Now they unfroze it today, it thought it was still Saturday and nobody posted scores in round 1 or 2. Meanwhile, the time (and the course) was on day 3 or 4 and that were the only courses we could play. But the bracket program was still missing scores from previous rounds (cause it was sleeping when we shot them), never received them in time, therefore all the WDs.

Brackets that started yesterday afternoon are safe to play and working correctly (for now), hopefully being pissed off will help our games. I just made my 5th HIO less than 4 months after my 1st, lol.

Thanks for the explanation-I fully expect nothing from WGT on this-I'm not out as much as you are-but I was active in 6 Tierless Brackets and in the finals in 2. I've given up hope of anything being done--if you write to Customer Service they will refund some credits for entries-if you thought to write down the Game Number.

So I lose approx. 1600 creds. It's not the end of the world, but it is the end of me playing Brackets. I was on a roll and what can I say-"The wheels fell off"

Hey maybe they'll come up with a CC Challenge for credits??? Now there's an idea-then we could beat each other and get something out of it. Good Luck Out there.

OH --PS- to Typhoon, Iconian--not angry at you guys but would appreciate a straight forward answer re: how to handle the loss of credits. Please respond.

    Regards-----Lisa

Thank you whoever handled my help request was very far to me an understanding. I feel much better now. I sure love to play I hope they can get all this straightened out and not lose any good players.

I can also report on this forum that Customer Services acted very much on my behalf as a WGT member once I put in a clear and reasoned explanation of what had gone wrong in each of the brackets I was playing when the system failed.  I am totally satisfied with their response and can now get back to playing golf (I'm sure that will please my wife).

    Thank you

Due to frozen, the ready go maker is out of sick and you can now try the uneven lies world untill the dude will be back to work. Those are my very first days of UL and wow, what did I miss. I always heard about this great work from WGT but I played only a couple of time before.

Hope anyway that the Ready Go Dude will come back quickly.

Uneven lies are frustrating, arcane variations on an already difficult game.  I am a lifelong golfer.  The uneven lies mechanism resembles actual golf in type of effect, but not degree.  It is magnified 100x.  That said, once I got past the "BS! that wouldn't happen in real golf!" aspect, I really enjoyed it.  It isn't realistic, but it is consistent.  Happy to see more UL ready-gos.
