  Hi, I have for the last few weeks been trying to collect free credits by watching videos, but all i keep getting is the following message:- This Connection is Untrusted
  
  You have asked Firefox to connect securely to videos.emerse.com, but we.

  I have allowed for 3rd party cookies and do get the odd video to watch ,but this is more the norm. Any ideas as to why?

  I would reach out to whichever 3rd party company you are trying to do the surveys and see if they can give you a explanation as to why you are seeing that.

  it is an issue with videos not surveys
