Re: Swing meter freezes after a couple of minutes of play

  WGT Customer Support,

   

  While on the screen of the freeze, I hit the button to submit this to WGT.  I however did not have the option to hit the POP-UP -it never appeared!-.  This happened on 2 different courses -Kiawah and Royal St.George- that I tried to complete 2-27-15 and 2-28-15.  I was able to complete the Pebble Beach CP challenge yesterday afternoon, without any interruptions and also play the putting challenge!  This is the first time I have experienced this at the end of the month.

  This happened twice to me today. Both times I had just set the power of a swing and the meter just disappeared instead of starting to move right.

  The second time it was a putt; I can't remember what kind of shot it happened on the first time. Closing and reopening the game client was the only solution; the entire interface was frozen because it was the middle of a shot.

   

  And now it happened a third time, again on a putt, same round as the second incident.
