It's always green in the upper right status spot, even when hidden. But only if you are logged on I believe. No point in having hidden as an option then really.
If I go to your profile page John, you are red, and the available status is green like your picture. I still get the "invite to play" button on your page. I tried it, it opened the game client and waits for me to set up a game. I set up a practice matchplay and it automatically shows you as my invitee, but after a short time it shows declined. Not sure if you got the invite and declined or it's a system decline since your status is actually red, not green.
