    Hi, can anybody give me advise on how to get re-imbursed by WGT, for lost balls.

    Over the last 3 days, whilst TRYING to play WGT, I have suffered Massive Lag, Stutter and Freezing during gameplay, causing me to lose 6 bought balls.  3 Nike, 3 Callaway.  Amazingly, I have NEVER lost a Freebie ball !  Yesterday, in the space of 4 holes, I lost all 3 Nike balls, 2 on 1 hole.  I appreciate, that this does happen in real golf, but at least when I've lost in real golf, that has been my fault.  On WGT, I'm losing bought balls through BAD GAME MANAGEMENT !!

    Any help would be gratefully appreciated.  Thank you.

    Amazingly, I have NEVER lost a Freebie ball ! 

    LOL - they are only replaced, without any "OOB" or "water" notice.

     

    Regarding your problem, which browser do you use?

    Has there been a Flash update recently?
