I bought a new computer. I thought I needed to start over and re-sign up. So I did. The problem is I did not need to re-sign up. My old password and name worked when I logged in.
In the mean time my credit card expired and I was sent another credit card with a new experation date. WGT won't accept my new card even though I put in the new information. Is there a telephone number for WGT to straighten this out. I tried the site for help but it says default. I think this is due to me signing in with a new password and etc.
Can you heip straighten this out?
