Ready Go's

  When a pay for a ready go with my intentions to play a few hours later and when I go to play the ready go is gone. So my question is, once a sign up do I only have a certain amount of time to play the said ready go? I get I dont have forever to play it but if I sign up at night to play in the morning its gone. TIA and cheers

  I remember there used to be a countdown timer back in the Flash days, but I'm not sure if it's still there somewhere.

  I've had the same experience of wasting my credits without getting to play. In my case, if I sign up early in the lineup, I take my time and play at a more relaxed pace. But if I'm one of the last to sign up, I make sure to play right away.

  Anyway, even when I feel like I have plenty of time, I try not to let it sit for more than half a day and aim to play as soon as possible.

  Thanks Simon........after some searching in the search box I found I got 24 hours from the time the 50th spot is taken. I am finding that is not true but who knows what the real truth is.

  It's 12 hours after it's filled. Always was... But yeah, the timer, that used to be there, would be nice...

  I just did the search again to the right,>>>>>>> 2nd post down and it clearly states the tournament CLOSES 24 hours after the 50th player SIGNS UP.

  That post was made in 2009. Probably too many players complaining others are holding up their ability to sign up for a new one, so they changed it. They actually listened to complaints in the earlier days 😉

  It's been 12 hours ever since I started playing.

  Funny thing is, they never changed the timer in the FAQ section, it still says 24 hours, despite the fact this isn't true for ages now, lol.

  Hmmm, looking at the closed ones today, the 1st hasn't been paid out yet, so I might be wrong on the 12 hour thing. Hard to believe it took over 5 hours into a new day for the 1st one to fill up... But I'm sure I remember it was 12 back in the day, when we still could see timers on the closed RGs on the website.

   

  Edit: Was looking at the closed ones from the wrong end, so the ones I checked were the ones that closed last, not first 🤣🤦

   

  It definitely is 12 hours.
