For as long as this has been going on now it appears to not be a priority for WGT nor do they even care if people leave or not. This has been reported using their "submit a problem" process, in the help ticket process, via e-mail and via the forums. Icon, Dbloshoe, Admin, and Thphoon have all come onto the forum and basically stated the same thing..."we know it, we are working on it, blah blah blah!
This issue has basically started to erode one of the main reasons many come to WGT to play and that is the friendships and camaraderie that has become a part of the culture which is WGT. In MOST businesses that provide "entertainment" to the consumer, something such as this would have been a top priority to repair and to make right. WGT, on the other hand, has left a distinct impression with MOST of their customers that this major issue is not as important to them as their advertising (which seems to be still working quite well); selling their virtual items in the pro shop(a problem arising that wouldn't allow them to sell anything would have been fixed within hours, if not minutes); and their "CC vs CC Clash" ( which I think most would agree is a joke that is in very bad taste).
In an earlier thread, one of the Mods said they were not getting near as many complaints so they thought it was getting better. NO, WGT people are tired of their words falling on deaf ears.
