  Don't quite understand the logic here. I know whoever sets up a game has the option to boot whoever they don't want to play at the START of the game, but we were playing already on the 5th hole and my opponent was losing by 4, then he disconnected and was spinning....next thing I know, I get a message the game has ended, YOU have been booted from the lobby! So I get no credit for winning in that case? How does someone quit and I get booted.....doesn't make sense??

  Happened to me recently.  I think it depends on the type of game.

  A Match game which is Rated would have kept you in the lobby while your opponent had 2mins to reconnect.  If they don't, you win Match.

  But if it's a Practice match, it just ends.

  If it's a rated strokes game, it seems that if your opponent bails after first hole, you have to continue to play the full 9/198 hole to get a win.
