    Hi Dhinkle87,

Please know that many of the free credit offers and videos on WGT may take up to at least 1 business day (5-8 business days for some) for the credits to be applied to your account. If this time has passed without receiving the credits or you are experiencing an issue, please fill out a support request with the appropriate surveyor because we do not have the ability to view the status of those credits nor whether the survey / offer was properly completed. The surveyor(s)/offeror(s) are the only ones that can review the database for a resolution.

Please contact Trial Pay directly by touching the Earn Free Credits button and then hitting the Help button located at the bottom of the page.

    All the Best,
    WGTShamWow

Same thing happend to me this year.  Have used that offer a couple times now and it always worked, but not this tax season.  Sucks too, I could have got a discount through my bank to use turbo tax but wanted the credits here instead lol.

Oh well, tax refund already received so I know I waited long enough. I was just going to get a sleeve of Nikes with the credits.

Back to the cheaper yellowways.  :-|

I wasn't going to bother, I did the contact support or what ever you call it.  We'll see what happens.

I figured it had something to do with clicking on the offer and signing in on Turbo tax from doing it there the last few years and I probably had to start it without signing in.

It is what it is.  It's just one sleeve of Nike balls I would have bought to try out lol.

Trial pay are less than honest. They told me that 99% of their offers pay out straight away. When I chased them up they told me to stop spamming them or they'd take action against me.

Signed in to find my credit balance was 700 more than yesterday.  Looks like they honored the offer afterall.  :-)

VIa the contact support option, they asked for some confirmation information such as email confirmation  that I received after doing my taxes with Turbo Tax to show as proof that I completed the task.

Didn't take them long to fix it for me.

    **edit

Here is an email that I received:

    Dear Hazen,

Thank you for submitting the requested information. We have confirmed that you completed an offer, and your Credits will be delivered by WORLD GOLF TOUR, INC in the next few minutes.

    Offer Completed: TurboTax
    Application: World Golf Tour
    Currency: Credits

    Thank you for your patience,
