    I've just bought credits using my cell phone and I haven't been credited with what I paid for. I bought €17.50 worth of credits which should have got me 2236 credits, yet I only recieved 1736 credits, a shortfall of 496 credits or two Zong transactions. My money was taken from my phone for the full amount of €17.50. Please add the credits to my account.

    Also, when I previously used my credit card to buy €2.50 worth of credits I would recieve 331 credits but when I use my phone I only get 248 credits. Please explain.

    Hi,

    I am not sure about that. Can you please email support@worldgofltour.com and put zong in title and add wgticon, so I may specifically try to expedite the issue.

    It might not be using your phone costs more. The rate of exchange might have changed.The rate of exchange fluctuates a lot.

    According to the current exchange rate I shold get $3.31 for €2.50, which should mean that I get 331 credits instead of 248 and according to the Zong website its free to use. You only pay for the text message that you send to comfirm the transfer and that is to your service provider. Every €10 I deposit loses me 332 credits. It all adds up.
