I've just bought credits using my cell phone and I haven't been credited with what I paid for. I bought €17.50 worth of credits which should have got me 2236 credits, yet I only recieved 1736 credits, a shortfall of 496 credits or two Zong transactions. My money was taken from my phone for the full amount of €17.50. Please add the credits to my account.
Also, when I previously used my credit card to buy €2.50 worth of credits I would recieve 331 credits but when I use my phone I only get 248 credits. Please explain.
