I have tried to transfer Ownership of my CC at least 3 times. Personal issues do not allow me the time i used to put into it. The person i had chosen to take over says he has not received a message, as when you choose them and hit OK it says message has been sent. Where does the message go to?  WGT? His E-mail?  He says he checked it all but nothing is showing up?  Please help. My large CC deserves someone there on more then a daily basis.  Thanks for your help.

Me thinks the new owner must receive an e-mail containing a link to confirm the takeover. There have been multiple reports that these weren't received though.

    Perhaps CS can help?

Furthermore, it may be necessary for you to leave the CC after the change, and return, to restore your CC options like posting in the Forum.

Ask him to click on this link, it should work.

This is correct he should have received a message but none to his e-mail or to his WGT messages was ever received even though when i clicked it to transfer it they say it was sent.  If i leave before it transfers it will close the club and all 300 members will me gone. I will give it a few more days and see if ANY of the people working for WGT will answer.

    Thanks for your help.
