Today is the second day I have been unable to get to a game in progress. After clicking Play, then Resume Game and Continue in the next window, the game won't load. The window does nothing, and the Continue button remains grayed out after clicking on it. The mobile version works fine.

I am using Chrome Version 42.0.2311.135m. I have tried using Firefox with the same results. I am on a Gateway NE56R laptop with Windows 8.1. I have played many times on this machine with no problems.

    Hi Tsalagiman,

Try clearing your cache with the steps below and then send a message to members@worldgolftour.com with the info you provided along with additional info such as....

Are you able to forfeit the game in progress?

Are you able to play any other types of games and when was that round started?

Course played, hole stopped at, game type, single/multi player, ect.

    To clear your Browser Cache...

    1. It depends which Web Browser you have:

Chrome - click on the Wrench icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window, select Options-Under The Hood and Clear Browsing Data

Firefox - click on Tools in the menu and then options, click on Privacy and select the Clear All Current History option

Internet Explorer - click on Tools and then Internet Options, check the Delete Browsing History on Exit option, click OK on the bottom of the screen

Safari - click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the browser window, then select Preferences, select Privacy, then click on Remove all Website data

    2. Restart your Web Browser

    3. Note, WGT recommends using the Chrome browser from Google for the fastest game performance and automatically updated browser plug-ins

    To clear your Flash Cache...

    1. Visit Macromedia Adobe at: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html

    2. In the Global Storage Settings Panel, change the Global Storage Settings to 100K or higher, and select the "Allow Third-Party Flash Content..." and "Store Common Flash Components..." options

    3. In the Website Privacy Settings Panel, click Delete All Sites to clear the Flash Cache

    All the Best,

    Good afternoon,

Clearing the cache was one of the first things I tried, but there was no change. I'm still getting the same results. I haven't tried forfeiting the game yet as I hate to do that, but I'll try that next. I'll post again here with whether or not that solves the problem. If it doesn't, I'll send the message with the requested info.

    Thanks for your reply.

Just tried forfeiting the game and it worked. I just played the first hole all the way through and the game is functioning normally. FYI, this happened on Kiawah on the third hole. I played through to the fifth hole on mobile with no problems, just couldn't get into it on PC.

    Thanks for your help!
