OK, so now a few things are starting to make sense to me. I know dang good and well that I've hit more than 82% of the fairways...which is my average. So every time I've hit the Tee shot with a 3 wood, it actually counted against me in my stats. Up until I made master I probably hit the 3 wood off of the tee around 1-2 times per game, depending on the course and conditions.
Also, I had been trying to win some awards that had to do with driving, and I wasn't getting credit for them even though I thought for sure I was hitting them. Example, there is an award for "Drive the ball less than 100 yards and still make par". I was comming off of the Tee with a wedge, and then hitting a long iron on approach...making par, but not getting credit. It would appear that I need to hitt less than 100 yards with my driver.
