I go up to about 8 on the wing meter, Caribbean jerk, spicy garlic, hot BBQ, & mango habanero , all good but stay away from the Blazin! & dont touch your eyes after eating!.. :-)
Or, use my invention: buy a 1/2 lb of fresh Habanero, put in a dehydrator for 24 hrs, crush into almost powder. Mix the pepper with 16 oz of rice vinegar, shake like crazy. Use it on ribs, steak, wings ( I put it on pizza) and get ready to rock out with your *** out ;-}
