  when i try to play a match play challenge game and i click on best match for you, a lot of times it comes back and says you can not play your opponent due to country state restrictions.  what is that,  and what do i have to do to be able to play these players?

  If you live in one of the states or countries that doesn't allow skill based gaming then you can't play challenge games here. Unless you move.

  To  bad for places like Quebec  Canada.....               WGT does organise  great  Tournament But if there are price we are exclude .......         I wish  WGT would organise    tourney  for us  , we are aloud to receive balls  and equipment  has price .......   Mind you I would never be good enough  to win a trip to a golf course or tons of credits  for that matter .    I Play them  tournaments  anyway   knowing I would never  be rewarded or lucky to be a random winner .           Frapp
