I have spent so much time and effort filling out these surveys, downloading games, watching videos and signing up for shite! I have not gotten credit for a third of the things I've signed up for and now I am being bombarded with calls, emails and even mail. I'm fine with all of this if I actually got the credits. What gives WGT?

Thanks for posting! Please know that many of the free credit offers on WGT may take up to at least 1 business day (5-8 business days for some) for the credits to be applied to your account. If this time has passed without receiving the credits or you are experiencing an issue, please fill out a support request with the appropriate surveyor because we do not have the ability to view the status of those credits nor whether the survey / offer was properly completed. The surveyor(s)/offeror(s) are the only ones that can review the database for a resolution.
If you have participated in a TrialPay Survey or Offer on the Complete Offers tab...
1) Visit the offer status page here: http://www.wgt.com/user/offers.aspx
2) Click the Support button in the upper right-hand corner.

If you have participated with Peanut Labs …
1) Visit the Earn Free Credits page: http://www.wgt.com/user/offers_surveys.aspx
2) Click on the My Transactions link
3) Find the survey that is at issue, click it, then click on Report a Problem
If you have viewed Live Gamer videos on the Watch Videos tab...
Please fill out a support request by visiting the offer status page and clicking the Watch Videos tab http://www.wgt.com/user/offers_videos.aspx. From here, click the "?" icon at the bottom right of the page (screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/BX8i4vgA) and then click the link that says Contact Us. This will allow you to send a request to our partners at Live Gamer who process the views for the videos and who should be able to help.
