  Can we have a conformation on buying ball before it is purchase, i was playing with a free ball from my bag and the auto purchase came up because it the last one in the bag and i was about to hit the camera button and hit purchase and end up buying  balls i was trying to get rid off.

  That is certainly worst case scenario. If you haven't used them yet try contacting customer service and see if they won't help you out.
