I don't suppose many, if any, of you use Windows on-screen keyboard, but I would be grateful for any help here, thank you.
Here is what it looks like normally...
...but if I try to use the CTRL + ALT key combination this is what happens...
...I have my suspicions that this is normal, but if not or if anyone knows how to stop most of the keys going blank when using the CTRL + ALT key combo then I'd love to know.
To fire up the keyboard, hold down the Windows key then press R, and then in the Run dialogue box type osk and hit enter.
