  purchased sleeve nike balls, @ 4.50, cannot find on my inventory.  My Nickle.

  purchased 2nd sleeve, they made it into my bag.  1st sleeve still missing.

  Just a note. Not sure it applies to your situation, but I was playing with a friend yesterday, and he had 2 sleeves disappear, too. Not in inventory, either. He cleared the cookies, cache and flash cache and they were back.

  Odd thing was, they disappeared while on the 1st tee, lol.

  This is an ongoing error.  I made a previous post which mentioned this but WGT never got back to me.  I had to play my final single play round of last months Virtual Pinehurst Championship with Starter balls because my 12+ Callaways disappeared on the 1st tee.

  The bright side, the balls eventually reappear, ablbeit you never know when.
