  How long does it take to get used to the swing meter..

     Really struggling with stopping it near the middle bar.

  The Swing Meter can be tricky. Each club and ball in the game change the swing meter's movement, so when you're looking for new equipment check out the Meter number in the clubs statistic. The higher the stat is, the easier your swing meter is going to be to use. 

  I saw that you were using the Callaway Slow Meters and I gifted you the Max Slow Meter (I prefer the Max slow meter). Try em out, you may like your meter better!

  Yes it is hard in the beginning, and there's no easy way to learn it.

  My two Pfennig:

  Make sure that the meter stops when you click. If it seems to react delayed, there's something wrong in the game - usually local Flash version or configuration.

  Take your time, use the Starter ball. It has a rather slow (but not so slow) meter with Starter clubs and it costs nothing. Practice your eye-hand coordination to come close to the Ding ("excellent" middle bar). By using the "easy" L1 Callaway you'll become a good customer, conditioned to slow meters which lead to more expensive equipment.

  OK you have starter equipment - I used to use the wgt 44 credit ball that slowed the meter down.  get used to that and then slowly upgrade your equipment. there is no better than keep playing and have fun.

  You don't have to hit the middle bar, or 'the ding', as it's more commonly known in these parts.. Miss it left to counteract a left to right wind, or right to counteract a right to left wind.

  One change I made early on that really helped was NOT focusing on the ding all the way through the shot. To this day, I watch the moving meter 'til about half way, and then shift my focus to the ding spot. I don't really know why it worked for me, or whether it will work for anyone else, but there it is.

  ps. I also saved up video credits and bought slow meter equipment.  I know that credits can be hard to come by outside the US.
