As a software developer for over 20 years, I can say your guys need some new programmers.

As a wgt forum reader for over 4 years, I can say your 1st post needed some new content to be interesting enough to warrant a thread of it's own.

I am not a professional anything having to do with programming.  However I have observed over a 70 + years of living life that there are few if ANY positions of a less than chief (or whatever title they choose) that has a direct bearing on the end product of anything, unless directed by the chief.  So it is my thinking that perhaps some of the errors we put up with are because of less than perfect programming,  But, who told them what was to be done?  They didn't do it on their own!  Put the hot potato in the lap of the person in charge (the chief).   Some one is always in charge, or should be, perhaps a change of the leader, (or less) is what i  needed, not new indians.  My Knickle.

Well said Lee - and something I have said for a while, that there does not appear to be any leadership, or if there is, there certainly is ZERO accountability.

Being good once is not a reason to take the foot off the gas. This company under it's current leadership does not have the drive to become exceptional, possibly as it has the monopoly on the golf gaming market.

If genuine competition did arise, WGT would be in serious trouble......not that I want that, but it needs competition to raise it's game. Then the consumer wins.

    Is that a silent K? :)

All fingers point to the IT's.  They caused all the problems & don't have a clue on how to redo them.  IMHO.

Gotta agree with Paul on this one, Captain Obvious, ...I'm not sure a software developer (with even 20 minutes experience) is needed to propose that insightful recommendation..

Ever computer programmer/engineer/designer/tech needs to hit with a bat(or a 9 iron) every now and then.

I worked for a few years cleaning up big date matrices for the US Gov, Half of our battles were trying to prevent or fix "corrections", what are know as updates in gaming to the original data set, which we were converting to information to be distributed to the "commoners" :) Half the changes were done off our recommendations as survey statisticians , but the other half done by math statisticians (your "programmers), those would MANGLE the data/info. then we would have to spend weeks proving these yahoos did the wrong thing and get our matrices back to how they were.  This is typical of to all computer based systems, this game is no different except the pay is better.
