From the Adobe Flash Player 10.2 FAQ ...
What are some of the key new capabilities in Flash Player 10.2?This early, prerelease version of Flash Player is targeted for developers, designers and other Flash Player content creators so they can begin taking advantage of the new features and test existing Flash Player content for compatibility on desktop computers. This is not a beta version of Flash Player for mobile devices and is not intended for general end users. Important Note: To take advantage of Stage Video, SWFs must be re-authored to use the new Stage Video API. Therefore, many popular websites will not have Stage Video implemented until the final release of Flash Player 10.2 next year.
I take "next year" to mean the first half of 2011, as the FAQ goes on to say...
When will Flash Player 10.2 features be supported and made available in the full shipping release?Flash Player 10.2 will be available in the first half of 2011.
Why I think that the new mouse cursor feature could help the meter:
How is that new native mouse cursor feature different from what we have today in Adobe Flash Player? This new feature allows developers to define native mouse cursors, including animated cursors, at the OS level. This eliminates the need for ActionScript code to emulate custom native cursors, increasing performance.

What I'm wondering is... to what extent will WGT's programmers go to update the game, to take advantage of the new Flash features?
Thanks for your replies.
