    andyson:

    Yeah, I've been looking to see if there's an ATI vid card driver that supports 10.2 yet.

    Infinito, is there a list somewhere of drivers supporting 10.2 I can't find one?

    10.2 is backward compatible to 10.1.   My new Nvidia driver still says 10.1.  But for now, I have no complaints.

    Thx Shade,

    I updated my ATI driver to the latest version (1/22/11) then did some baseline CPU usage readings on the game. I deleted the 10.1 version of Flash and installed the 10.2.

    Checked the CPU usage and I see no change with 10.2.  ;o(

    I did have one "Flash plug-in has crashed" event reloading the forums and  played an 18 hole solo round with 3 small stutters.  Could be WGT has to change some code to make use of the new 'stage video'?

    Good question;  I have had adobe flash 10.1 crash as well. Thus, in my opinion it will be a combination of drivers and code to make use of the new stage video.

    As for performance improvements, my video card supports directx 11 directly, which may account for it.

    I am more curious about the performance improvements coming out in the next update.

    Shade

    Yes, you are correct Tess, but there is a way around it.  But, XP does support directx 10.1.

    Tess;

    There is an order in which you should use.  Update your drivers first, then update directx;

    Also, do a google search for XP directx 11;  You'll be amazed what you find.
