Just curios... Is the Green Speed for Champion Tier faster than the norm

Same as tour legend from what i'm told.
Not according to a champion friend that plays in our league group.....
Some 13, some 14.
it might be the championship 14 green speed that I have seen in a couple of multi round tournaments since the additon of the champion tier.
