    Hi to All

    Just a clarification

I've placed in the first 70s in a tournament and WGT send me a mail like "Get your Prize...."

I want to know which is the difference between the mail (0,14$ earnings) and a POP UP appeared when I access the website.

In the POP UP WGT annonce me the final result in the tournament (the same tournament of the mail) and the prize in CREDIT (1400 credit instead of the 0,14$)

I want to know the difference because I don't find the 1400 Credit in my profile

    Thanks

    Vittorio

Hey Vict68, There's currently a known issue with the tournament payout cards not showing correctly. If it says you have won 1400 credits you have actually won 14 credits.

And why is this credits prize announced in Dollar?

WGT Credits do not have monetary or stored value or any credit balance of real currency or its equivalent and are not redeemable for money at any time.

The prizes are often announced in a dollar amount even though they are only credits. It's more a choice on our side to show how much was won in a credit amount. That's all.

I like it - sounds like a confession to me.

This I don't understand. How can a Dollar number show a credit amount? Is there an official conversion rate from credits to Dollars?

In USD 500 credits costs $5.00. So for USD it's an easy conversion.
