  Starting a New Club today the Craven Dale Country Club as I live in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

   

  Looking for all members from beginners upwards, for friendship and laughter.

  I shall be assisting with the running of this club - i have been around this game for a couple of years now and having tried several different clubs (most of them pretty good) we are looking to offer something for the recreational player.

  we do NOT require you to sign your life away to the club

  We do NOT require you to commit to playing round after round in the country club clashes

  we do NOT require you to be able to shoot a 56 around chambers bay in hurricane conditions

  we do NOT require you to share our opinions or beliefs on anything

  all that we ask and aim to provide for you, is a place where we can hit a few balls and have a bit of fun while hopefully forging a few friendships.

  so if its a stressfree, friendly game of golf and a bit of chat and fun you are looking for - then why not have a look?.....give us a go, it could be fun!!

  Sue after a kind of a difficult 6 months since my Dad died, i want to get back into WGT.

  I had a day or two a few months ago where i gave it a go, but to be honest it's not just the game ....... being part of Craven Dale made it.

  I'm clearly sorry if i upset anyone when i left, i don't think i did...... i was more just upset myself really.

  But here i stand cap in hand asking..... Please can i come back?

  I will of course support the club as much as i can and interact as much as my health allows.
