Here's everything you need to know.

Maybe one day, this company (which was recently acquired by Visa) will figure out how to program their video offers to NOT pay (you've earned xxx credits) until the video requirements have been met. When the offer says "you've earned..", common sense dictates that you have done all that is/was required, regardless of whether the offer isn't finished. Silly, inept programming from a company with a very, very bad reputation.

And they seem to have no trouble limiting views of some videos but others can be viewed multiple times. And they get mad because we find these holes in their programming. Hmmmm.

I guess they got tired of listening to complaints so now the support area has been disabled too  --  it shows the same message  GO BACK!!  I know WGT doesn't really care because they would obviously rather we buy credits, but since it is close to Christmas maybe they could resolve those issues for us?

Actually the e-mail address in the video is the same one that the support button goes to. I had that e-mail address stored in my contact list. But you send an e-mail all you get is an automated e-mail with the web site address. click on it it takes you to Trialpay.com's sign in page. To sign into your account however I tried every pass word I have ever used on line and could not sign in. Clicked on forgot password and they said e-mail sent to change password. That was over 8 hours ago and still no e-mail with password info. I checked both my inbox and spam folder.

I don't know if the account is still open but there is or was a TrialpaySupport ID on WGT Actually there are 6 or 7 different WGT accounts with Trialpay in the name.

. I may post on his or her wall and see if I can get some action.

Here is the list of Trialpay WGT player accounts

Maybe so, but I get the same "URL Not Found" crap, even when clicking on the support button. Trialpay responded to my video via Twitter, with an email address (will have to check what it is), but I have no intentions of contacting them. Don't need the credits. I would much more enjoy exposing the fraudulent company.

What I'm doing won't have any affect on them, but it makes me feel better. I just watch videos when I first get up, while drinking my coffee, and haven't watched any TrialPay videos (those on the first page) in a long time. I clicked on one this morning, and got that URL missing thing. Screw 'em.

Like I said in original post, they should set the videos so they won't pay until whatever time is sufficient. A lot of well-known gaming and internet-money-making sites (swagbucks, etc) use them, and there are tons of forums dedicated to Trialpay's abuse. Yet, grab a few pennies from their mistake, and they cut you off. Pfft.

    Odd.....Trialpay is also a multi-accounter :-)
