I was just wondering how much the lowering of one's scoring allows a player to advance to an upper tier.  I have been stuck at Master, for what seems to be an eternity.  My average scores lately have been in the lower 60's and yet I still can't seem to advance.

I see a mixture in your ranked rounds.  Yes a couple 63's and 64's but also a number of high 60's and a couple in the 70's.  You really are going to need to shoot in the 60-62 range to see your scoring average go down quicker.

The average of your best 40 games as a Master needs to be below 63 to get to Tour Master. WGT doesn't give specifics on it but many have figured it out and shared their findings in other threads.

    This.

However............TM is not such a difference, just green speed by memory. But Legend is a different kettle of fish.

Judging by your stats, you are simply way off tiering up. You need to ditch your hybrid and get 2 more good wedges - that will vastly improve your short game.

Then you need to practice, practice and when you think you are getting better, practice some more.

You also need to learn to play all the courses as all courses require a different approach and teaches you course management,

Good luck - I admire your want to tier up, but you really have to work hard to get there.

What they said: Ditch the two Starter clubs, get two more wedges - that will help - and prepare to buy a new driver when you're a Legend one day.

Furthermore, you need a few scores below 63. For this, you might want to play more 9 hole games, as good scores are easier and faster (they are doubled for the average).

BTW: Playing tournaments will push your XPs.
