Re: Maxthon and Opera Issue

  Using Maxthon to play game. Just noticed this morning for first time, when in game mode a script appears at bottom of screen in, I guess Chinese. Never saw this before. Has something changed with Maxthon? Is this someone running something on my computer?

  Also, installed Opera to give it a try. Download fine, surfing fine, but at WGT page the box that has play, friends list etc. was missing. Can anyone explain this also?

  Please remember I am an older guy still dragging his knuckles into the 21st century.

  From a fellow knuckle-dragger.... I also saw the same thing on the "Status Bar"..... I sent a "help request"  to help@maxthon.com, but in the meantime went to Settings and deactivated the First Item "Show Tips and Tricks" on the status bar.... it went away.

  ive got maxthon also having trouble the chinese writing and keep getting fatal message every hour

  My antivirus caught a trojan through the game client a few days ago.. Saw some other folks had the same thing. I'm guessing yours didn't catch it.. it's worth looking into.

  I had the same this morning, did the trick suggested and its all gone now !
