  Jim is right! CT has a better chance of finding more than one extra sleeve in his inventory (maybe 2-3) just so WGT does not have to refund $20. It is not costing them anything to add a sleeve.

  On the 30th I bought 20.00 dollars of credit and received a sleeve of Gold slow meter balls.

  I did a second purchase on the 30th, for 20,.00 (2000 credits) and did not received a 2nd sleeve.

  I politely wrote to wgt and give details of purchase, and mentionned the confusing print (one time offer)

  WGT replied and gave me a 2nd sleeve of Gold max slow meter balls

  too easy, have a problem, kindly and politely write to wgt, and give precise details, and you are sure to get a repsonse, May not always solves the problem, but it lets WGT know things to fix in the future.

  I did just that Leggoman...and they came through with the second sleeve...I'm not sure if it's a case of the "squeaky wheel" or, as others have suggested, a much cheaper option for WGT than refunding my $20US.

  at any rate, it worked out, so ty all for the advice.
