Bought 20 dollars in credits on Dec 29th (yesterday) and received my sleeve of max balls as advertised...I bought another 20 dollars in credits today (30th) and received nothing. My inventory shows only the 3 balls I received yesterday...I have logged out and in a few times.

May I please have the sleeve of Max balls as advertised?

    thank-you

I think you only get it once bud, I seem to remember a similar post about this kind of offer on a different ball.

really?...I must have missed that in the "fine fine fine" print of the advertisement.

Tell CS you want your money back for 2nd purchase, the wording is quite misleading.

I sent Icon a mail...he said he'd look into it tomorrow...we'll take it from there. Thanks for the suggestion though, I might just do that.

    cheers.

It says "special one-time offer" which some might take as a one time offer to get these gold balls. If a player was willing to make 2 separate transactions for at least $20 each, they should get 1 sleeve for each transaction. It is not costing WGT anything to add a second sleeve to your inventory.

Spot on Dave...In my reading of it,. the "one time offer" referred to the 48 hour time limit, not a one-off sleeve regardless of how many $20 donations a person contributed to the wgt coffers.

I went a bit overboard at Xmas gifting to folks, so I had to restock on credits...this seemed liked a good time to do it, and I was clearly under the impression that it would be a sleeve of the gold balls with each $20 purchase of credits over the 48 hours.

    cheers,

    ct.

That "on a single purchase" sounds like you only get 1 chance. Argue it, Colin.  LOL  ;-)

Yeah it's probably not misleading as I said earlier but the meaning is certainly ambiguous. If Colin contacts CS and says he made the second purchase on the understanding he'd get more balls, I'm prety sure he'd get a refund.

They deliberately leave out the fine print on their pop-up ads to sucker as much coin as they can. They have been doing this for years.
