I recently made it to level 92 shortly after make it to Tour Master.  Upon doing so I was offered to rent, for free, a different putter, which I didn't really care for.  When I logged on a couple days later, a message popped up that said I need to either buy the new putter or remove it from my bag.  I removed it from my bag, and replaced it with my favorite putter which I've had for a long time and really feel comfortable with.  When I went to save the change, an error message popped up (error 10114001).  When I try to close that out, the screen freezes up and I am now unable to continue playing.  I've re-tried this several times with the same result and it is becoming very frustrating.  My internet connection is fine using either IE or Firefox.  I try to play at least one game a day and am now unable to continue the process.  Anyone got any ideas as to what the problem is?  I've tried this on both my desk top and my lap top with the same results.

Same thing happened to me. I rented a putter and when I went to change it back to my old putter I was getting that error message, I contacted Customer Service and they took care of it for me

The "issue" has been around for 5 months and hinders your clients to play the game. Many run away probably.

Do you really mean that it's "fixed" by CS action on request?

Edit: And will it be helpful to punish helping hands with post deletion?

    Edit2:
@Icon: It WAS five days, as the timing on the rented putter showed -5d.
    Now even more:

No wonder your clients are running away!
