  I just tried to buy credits for 15€ via cell phone, they send me code on sms i putt it in and then page came out saying that payment didn't go well but money on my phone is GONE.

  This is BS...definitely angry, i'm waitin answer (i guess you mods cn see payment  on my profile)

  Please contact our customer service.  They can get you in contact with our billing department.
